1.扶翼车轮。 2.相传春秋时晋大夫赵宣子猎于首山，见灵辄饿不能起，食之。后灵辄为晋灵公卫士。一日灵公邀宣子饮，欲害之。宣子知之，中饮而出。灵公遣卫士追杀之。灵辄疾追先至，告宣子登车速走，并倒戈以御公徒，宣子因以得免。事见《左传．宣公二年》﹑《吕氏春秋．报更》。后以"扶轮"为怀恩报效之典。
