Taking secretary discipline teaching as an example,this paper analyzes ideological education,curriculum setting,teaching and evaluation system,then it puts forward the measures on the reform of curriculum setting and teaching system in higher vocational colleges.

It suggests subject librarian be part-time academic secretary,which is more sufficient and economic than younger teacher,undergraduate or graduate to take the position.

The system of a subject librarian concurrent posting an academic secretary will play an important role on the progress of the subject librarians themselves and the development of the library.
