补充资料:草莓酸奶蛋糕
1。酸奶200克(我用的是伊力的草莓香蕉酸奶)加糖35克,蛋黄四个搅匀,成为颜色很浅的稠糊,再分次加入融化的奶油50克拌匀,筛入面粉85克,玉米淀粉50克,泡打粉一小匙,轻拌匀;
2。在做上一步的同时,用电动打蛋器把四个蛋白加50克糖打至干性发泡;
3。把蛋白糊分三次轻轻拌入面糊,拌匀后倒入一个八寸的圆模,敲一敲;
4。烤箱预热180度,烤35分钟;
5。出炉後倒置放凉以后再脱模;
6。还可以打发一些鲜奶油涂在蛋糕表面或加在中间,奶香会更浓郁。
