The traditional promote elementary Chinese teachers\' professional development mode in time, space and research content, and Chinese teaching case studies is the economy, effective ways to promote teaching case for the development of Chinese teachers to become a professional teachers\' consensus.

Although case study method is one of the widely used research strategy in social science,it is not used normatively according to reviews of related literature.

Response to criticism of case study method,it confirms the value of case study methods through tracing back the history of the development of case study and the contribution made by the famous example in the building theory to the business management theory develop,and strengthens the correct attitude which we should have towards method of case study.

Taking business administration as an example,based on both-sides debates on the value of case study method,this paper discusses its paradox,refutes the criticisms from critical school and puts forward the two paths and approaches to value promotion in case study method.
