美国空军士兵领导学校，美国空军共有71所。空军士兵领导学校的训练对象主要是在空军服役4年以上的下士。各学校每年招生6～7期，每期训练时间为32天，共192学时，其中兵器知识32小时，领导艺术89小时，通信设备30小时，人员鉴定与行政管理29小时，校长授课12小时，同时参加空军职业学校10小时记学分课程。学员毕业后晋升为中士，并担任相应的职务。
