隶属于北京市电子工业办公室,创建于1979年。学校位于北京东郊电子城内,交通方便。学校拥有教学楼、计算机房、电子电工实验室、机加工实习车间、图书室、操常校园整洁,教学设施齐全。近年来,学校主要设有电子技术应用、电子元器件等专业。现有在校6个班,近250名学生。学校拥有一支从事职工技术教育多年,教学经验丰富,师德高尚的教师队伍。学校校风朴实,治学严谨,教学秩序良好。在全体师生努力下,近二十年来,学校为首都电子行业输送了大批合格人才。
