1.古寺名。在河北省赵县城内。始建于汉末。隋唐年间为观音院，金元时期改为柏林禅院。寺内原有大殿和彩色壁画，相传为吴道子真迹。 2.北京著名古寺之一。在北京东城区东北角。建于元至正七年(公元1347年)，明清两代均有修葺和增建，清康熙帝曾题额"万古柏林"。寺内保存的《龙藏》经版，是我国释藏中现存的唯一木刻经版。
