Characteristics of Time Adverbs in Unofficial History of the Intellectual

This article compares and analyzes the time adverbs "Yizhi" and "Zong" from semantic perspectives,and then proves the conclusion through explaining the forms of syntactic function closely related to their semantic characteristics.

It is argued that 都 in the structure is not an adverb of time but for emphasizing the mood.
