鸡胸

    以胸骨高耸突出,形似鸡的胸脯为特征的病证。多见于1~3岁幼儿。鸡胸由小儿先天不足,肾精亏虚  ,骨髓不充,复加后天失于调养,痰热结聚于胸隔所致。常见证型有:①脾肾两虚型鸡胸。证见胸廓高突,颅囟迟合,肌肉松弛,面色白,形瘦神疲,头部多汗,腰腿软而无力,舌淡、脉缓。治宜培补脾肾,方用补天大造丸等。②痰热结聚型鸡胸。证见胸骨高突,呼吸气粗,痰涎壅盛,唇红口干,口渴,手足心热,舌红苔滑腻,脉数。治宜清化痰热,方用宽气散。饮食方面,要给婴儿保证营养,及时补充富有钙质的食物。同时,多晒太阳。
