| 病因辨证 根据各种病因的致病特点，分析患者的疾病表现（症状、体征等），判断致病原因，为治疗提供依据的一种辨证方法。主要内容包括如下几个方面：①六淫、疫疠辨证。六淫辨证用于外感风、寒、暑、湿、燥、火引起的病证，证候包括风证、寒证、暑证、湿证、燥证、火证等。疫疠辨证用于由感染瘟疫毒邪而引起的传染性疾病，证候包括瘟疫病证、疫疹病证和瘟黄病证等。②七情辨证。用于七情损伤所引起的证候，均见于内伤杂病，包括喜伤、怒伤、忧伤、思伤、悲伤、恐伤、惊伤等引起的病证。③饮食劳倦辨证。用于饮食不节或饮食不洁、劳累过度及房劳损伤所引起的病证。④外伤辨证。用于外受创伤，如金刃、跌打、虫兽咬伤及毒虫螫伤所引起的局部症状及整体反映的证候。 |
