1.亦作"坐啸"。 2.闲坐吟啸。东汉成瑨少修仁义，笃学，以清名见，任南阳太守，用岑晊(字公孝)为功曹，公事悉委岑办理，民间为之谣曰:"南阳太守岑公孝，弘农成瑨但坐啸。"见《后汉书．党锢传序》。后因以"坐啸"指为官清闲或不理政事。
