Being students bullying and campus violence widely and seriously in primary and secondary school of Russia, the main reason is the reflection to the school education of these problems, such as psychological problems of students and morality decline, wrong cultivation ideas of parents, side-effect of school education and mass media, morbidity of social law system and sub-culture of criminal guilt.
