性质:爆轰产物粉碎与其接触(或接近)的介质的能力。炸药重要特性之一,与破甲作用及粉碎作用密切相关。可用爆轰产物作用在与爆轰传播方向垂直的单位面积上的冲量(比冲量)表示。炸药密度及颗粒度(特别是混合炸药)等因素对其有明显影响。对工业炸药来说,密度较低时,猛度随密度的增加而增大,但当密度达到一定值后,密度增高反而导致猛度下降。混合炸药各组分的颗粒度愈小,猛度愈高。常采用铅柱压缩法(又称赫斯试验,Hess test)及铜柱压缩法(又称卡斯特试验,Kast test)测定。也可用平板炸坑试验及弹道摆(猛度摆)法测定。
