On the basis of practical loadsupporting condition of large scale spherical vessels for water or oil storage,the integral hydorbulge forming technology of nonuniform thickness spherical vessels and a new method for measuring strain on inner surface of spherical vessels are discussed in this paper,and they are proved to be successful by means of experiment study.
