国际投资
国际投资各国的个人、企业、政府或其他经济组织在本国以外的区域进行的各种投资活动。国际投资有广义和狭义之分，前者包括国际直接投资、国际证券投资、国际贷款以及部分国际援助;后者仅包括国际直接投资和证券投资。 国际投资并不完全等同于资本输出，后者是指以获取高额利润为目的的对外资本投放，具有目的单一性的特征。而前者并非完全都是以获取高额利润为目的的对外资本投放，因而具有目的多元化的特征。国际投资的产生与发展是与世界经济的发展相联系的，尤其是70年代以来，国际投资有了更为迅速和普遍的发展。不仅是发达国家的国际投资规模在迅速扩大，而且出现了发展中国家的国际投资，投资主体的多元化和投资对流成为当代国际投资的新特征。
