Based on controllable factors inside the company,this paper illuminates the positive effect on new product development of top management support,cross-function goal congruence and each function\'s early involvement which belong to three behavior levels,namely enterprise managing behavior,cross-function cooperative behavior and each function operational behavior respectively.
