Based on the theory of indentation hardness measurement,this paper investigates the indentation process of metal materials under different load by finite element method.
通过有限元手段分析了金属材料在不同载荷作用下的压入过程,了解在压痕硬度试验过程中压痕周围所产生的应力分布,计算了硬度HB值,与在硬度试验中所测的HB值吻合,证实了模型和材料特性描述的可靠性,在此基础上,研究了不同硬度的试件,载荷对压痕参数和压痕周围应力分布的影响。
