1） 平面式（图35） 为什么分3块？使用和加工方便，可分块加工，分块拆换

2） 凸边式（图36） 把凹模的各拼块嵌入两边或四边的凸边固定块内，凸边的高度不小于拼块高度H的一半，凸边的宽度大于两倍销钉直径d
适用于冲制薄料和小制件
将内加工改为外加工，下面两种分块法更好？
3） 套筒式（图37） 把凹模或凸模按不同直径分割成几个同心圆套筒，分别加工后相互套合组成。
4） 种植式（图37）将凹模中难于加工或悬臂很长受力危险的部分分割出来，做成凸模形式的镶块，嵌入凹模里固定牢，并在凹模下面增加淬硬垫板。
