≮美食原料≯

野鸭1只,猪肉五花肉250克。葱姜、料酒、盐、味精、酱油、白糖、芝麻油各适量。

≮美食做法≯

1、先将野鸭干捋去大毛,茸毛可用酒精灯燎尽,然后开膛去内脏,剁去鸭爪,洗净,和五花猪肉一同放入开水锅里氽水后捞出,放入冷水中洗净。

2、将锅烧热放入猪油,加入料酒15克、精盐、味精、酱油、白糖35克、生姜和葱结及适量清水,投入野鸭、五花肉一同煮,待野鸭有八成熟时取出(留其汤,其他不用),切成 24块(每只鸭切12块)。

3、最后,再将冬笋切成劈柴块,下温油锅炸透,放在沙锅底层,把野鸭肉块放在冬笋上。

4、鸽蛋放入锅内,加入冷水用小火继续焖烂,收浓汤汁,淋上芝麻油即可。
