同名经配穴法 同名经配穴法 配穴法之一。指手足同名称的经脉所属穴配合同用。如手、足太阴，手、足阳明等，各经脉均相互衔接，治疗上有协同作用。例如齿痛，取手阳明经的合谷和足阳明经的内庭。《百症赋》中有“热病汗不出，大都接于经渠”；“倦言嗜卧，往通里、大钟而明”等，均属此范围。本法与接经取穴同出手足同名经相接的理论。参见该条。
