(Sport for All Commission)

　　大众体育委员会(Sport for All Comnussion)成立于1983年，其主要任务是通过国际单项体育联合会、国家奥委会和国家单项体育组织，促进大众体育在各国，特别是在发展中国家的开展。该委员会也通过世界大众体育代表大会普及有关大众体育的知识。1987年，该委员会发起了每年6月23日的群众性“奥林匹克日长跑”活动。
