Objective To investigate and assess the current situations on information management of rehabilitation service in Shanghai.

With 305 disabled individuals for study,randomly selected from Taijiang District of Fuzhou City,and at-home investigations,the authors explore the rehabilitation services in this district and the potential factors which influence the access of the disabled to rehabilitation services.
