两感伤寒 出《素问·热论》。指阳经与阴经同时感受寒邪而致病，病势较重，《注解伤寒论·伤寒例》：“若两感于寒而病者必死。”成无己注：“表里同病者，谓之两感。”《通俗伤寒论·两感伤寒》有回阳、温通、健运等治法，用附子理中汤、桂枝加附子汤、香砂二陈汤等主方。
