geshai格筛(stationary grizzly sereen)筛面为大方格孔的固定筛。通常其筛孔与后步破碎工序的允许给料粒度相适应。格筛的作用是防止过大块物料进入矿仓和破碎机，以避免堵塞。这种筛分设备的筛面由重型断面型材的筛条组合而成，也可用重轨焊接制成。工作时，大于格孔的大块物料，必须经过人工或机械破碎，才能穿过格筛孔进入矿仓或破碎机。由于格筛筛面的强度有一定限制，在格筛上对过大尺寸料块破碎时，要注意不损伤筛面，如可能尽量移至格筛外破碎。 (王宏勋)
