喷火器 flame thrower 喷射火焰射流的近距离火攻武器。又称火焰喷射器。主要用于攻击火力点,消灭防御工事内的有生力量,杀伤和阻击冲击的集群步兵。喷火器喷出的燃烧油料形成猛烈的火焰射流,能四处飞溅,顺着堑壕、坑道拐弯粘附燃烧,杀伤隐蔽处的目标,并有精神震撼作用。由于燃烧要消耗大量的氧气和产生有毒烟气,能使工事内的人员窒息。在攻击坑道、洞穴等坚固工事时,喷火器具有其他直射武器所没有的独特作用。
喷火器有便携式和车载式两种主要类型:①便携式喷火器。由单兵背负使用,压源为压缩空气或无烟火药,全重23千克左右,装油料10~18升,可持续喷射数秒钟或3~10次,最大射程为40~80米。②车载式喷火器 。亦称机械化喷火器。安装在坦克或装甲车上,可携带200~1500升油料,能持续喷射数十秒或数十次,最大射程为200米左右。此外,还有手提式喷火器、重喷火器、地雷式和堡垒式喷火器等。 |
