| 结节性红斑 erythema nodosum 一种发生于真皮血管及脂膜的炎症性皮肤病。好发于年轻女性的小腿，损害为鲜红色皮下结节，直径为1～3厘米 ，稍高于皮面，有压痛，散在可互相融合，也可发生于其他部位。2～3周可消退，但可再发。发病前常有发热、关节痛等症状。寻求病因，去除病灶，口服抗组胺药、消克痛或阿司匹林等；也可并用抗生素、皮质类固醇激素。 |
