Design of test device for twin-screw press

In order to solve the technical problems of cold pressing of de-hulled double-low rapeseed,a new twin-screw press with a principle of combination of joggling and non-joggling was designed and manufactured,the pressing chamber of which had characteristics of multiple-stage compression and relaxation and a thin layer of(materials) when pressing.

Main shortcoming of single-screw press were pointed out.

At the same time this paper introduced the surface craft to resist wear of the plastic extruding machine's screw which was similar to the expeller by the contour structure and the working condition in domestic and foreign,pressed out the screw development and the improvement to provide the oil .

Based on the problems with current expeller, this paper elaborates the new thoughts of developing ex-peller, including new method of worm assembly design, development and application of new materials and press control systems.

In order to develop a screw press for cold pressing de hulled double low rapeseed, a small capacity double stair and multiple stage compression screw press for cold expressing was designed and constructed based on numerous tests.
