Applying the advanced management thought and technology of value engineering, the author of the thesis studies innovative problem of product line of traditional machine pressed sesame and found out a fire-new method of selecting machines to product line and then provides a scientific basis for correct decision-making of enterprise.

At the same time this paper introduced the surface craft to resist wear of the plastic extruding machine's screw which was similar to the expeller by the contour structure and the working condition in domestic and foreign,pressed out the screw development and the improvement to provide the oil .

Based on the problems with current expeller, this paper elaborates the new thoughts of developing ex-peller, including new method of worm assembly design, development and application of new materials and press control systems.
