By using the immobilized DAAO, the concentration of keto-CPC in reaction solution reduced with the increase of the reaction cycles, and keto-CPC was completely converted until the thirteenth cycle.

分子式C15H22ClNO2，分子量283.85。俗称度冷丁。白色细小结晶，无臭微苦。熔点186～189℃。在空气中稳定。易溶于水和乙醇，溶于氯仿，不溶于乙醚。是中枢抑制药，具有镇痛作用，用于某些剧烈内脏痛、创口痛和作为麻醉辅助药。是吗啡的良好代用品。可由N-二氯乙基甲胺和苄基氰化物反应，经水解、酯化，再用盐酸处理制得。
