主料:鲜贝
辅料:小水萝卜
调料:盐、鸡精、淀粉、料酒、食用油、高汤、葱、姜、大料、香油
做法:
1、 将葱洗净切段、姜切片,小水萝卜洗净去皮削成球形;
2、 鲜贝洗净放入器皿内加入高汤、料酒、葱段、姜片上笼蒸2-3分钟;
3、 坐锅点火,放入小水萝卜煮熟后捞出过晾待用;
4、 坐锅点火放油,待油热后放入大料、葱段、姜片煸炒出香味,加入料酒、高汤、盐开锅后捞出佐料,再倒入萝卜小球、干贝煨透,用旺火烧开放入鸡精、淀粉勾芡淋入香油即可。
