材料介绍:

白萝卜250g,绿菜椒一个切细丝,红菜椒一个切成两半,鸡汤2汤匙,米粉2汤匙,盐1茶匙

菜式典故或创意:

这是湖北的一道蒸菜。萝卜香甜、脆而无渣,对女性减肥很有帮助,过完一个丰足的新年,再来试试这道鸡汤萝卜丝清清胃口,刚刚好。

制作方法:

1、白萝卜清洗干净,削去外皮,切成粗细均匀的细丝,加入盐和鸡汤拌匀,腌5分钟入味。

2、将米粉均匀地撒在萝卜丝上,抓拌均匀。

3、将裹好米粉的萝卜丝装入红椒中入蒸锅中蒸15分钟,出锅后在萝卜丝上撒上绿椒丝即可。

小贴士:1、如果没有米粉,用面粉代替也可以。

2、除了白萝卜,西葫芦、苘蒿都可以用这种方法制作。
