制作:

(1)将调味料1全部放入果汁机里打碎成泥状备用。

(2)红萝蔔去皮後切成粗长条,茄子切磙刀块,高丽菜切粗丝,菜豆去头尾後切小段,油豆腐切片备用。

(3)将锅烧热,加入2大匙油,将作法(1)的酱料泥放入炒香,再加入调味料2,用大火煮开。

(4)最後将所有蔬菜及油豆腐放入,转中小火煮至所有蔬菜熟透,盛入盘中。将白饭用手或小碟子做出半圆球造型,放在盘子里,上面用香菜装饰後上桌。吃的时候,拿一个饭糰到碗中,再将盘中的菜夹入,一起食用。
