Methods: The main trunk of the pulmonary artery was dissected in the male Sprague-Dawley rat and cut into arterial ring in 3～4 mm width.
目的：研究大鼠尾加压素Ⅱ(U-Ⅱ)收缩大鼠离体肺主动脉环与钙离子通道的关系。

体循环动脉的主干。由左心室发出，起始部有主动脉瓣，可依次分为升主动脉，主动脉弓和降主动脉。降主动脉又分为胸主动脉和腹主动脉。接受左心室搏出的血液，并发出各级分支将血液运输到全身各组织、器官。当主动脉病变(如主动脉瘤、主动脉瓣狭窄、主动脉破裂等）时可影响全身血液的供应。表现出相应的症状和体征，乃至猝死。
