中国古代传说中的音乐人物，亦作泠伦。相传为黄帝时代的乐官，是发明律吕据以制乐的始祖。《吕氏春秋·古乐》有"昔黄帝令伶伦作为律"的一段记载，说伶伦模拟自然界的凤鸟鸣声，选择内腔和腔壁生长匀称的竹管，制作了十二律，暗示着"雄鸣为六",是6个阳律，"雌鸣亦六",是6个阴吕。《古乐》篇还记载了伶伦制乐的传说。记载中对黄帝以前氏族社会的乐舞，只列其内容，而名之以氏族名称；氏族社会进入父系之后，自伶伦作《咸池》起，始有专用乐名。
