中国宋代书法家吴琚行书佳作之一。吴琚，字居父，自号云壑，汴 (今河南开封) 人。历官尚书郎、部使者、直学士。此帖纸本，行书，共19页，尺寸不一，纵23～26厘米,横11～24厘米。其中有缺页,诗文字句多不连属,无款,书写极似米芾,但崎险过之，而稳练稍显不如。清梁清标题签："云壑居士真迹"。钤"默盦"、"蕉林收藏"、"苍严子梁清标玉立氏印章"、"观其大略"印，又有清乾隆、嘉庆、宣统内府诸藏印。现藏故宫博物院。
