印度古代文学理论著作。作者是毗首那他（意译为宇主），14世纪人。这部书是综合性的梵文文学理论读本，至今仍在流行。它的体裁与《诗光》相同，以诗体歌诀为主，加上散文体的说明和议论。全书共十章。论诗之外,兼论戏剧。论"韵"之外,还论"味"和"情"，也论诗的“德”和"病"以及风格。最后一章论"修饰"即修辞手法。它大体上全面总结了前人的有关论述，在说明中还作了不少理论上的发挥。本书第一章有汉语译文。
