初秋滋补山药萝卜粥
原料：
白米1杯、鸡皮糙山药300克、白萝卜1/2个、芹菜末少许、水10杯
辅料：
盐、胡椒粉、香菜
做法：
1、白米洗净沥干、山药和白萝卜均去皮洗净切小块。
2、锅中加水10杯煮开，放入白米、山药、白萝卜稍微搅拌，至再次滚沸时，改中小火熬煮30分钟。
3、加盐拌匀，食用前撒上胡椒粉、芹菜末及香菜即成。
tips：
山药近年被视为滋阴补阳圣品，对于女性丰胸、肌肤防皱有效果。萝卜则有排水利尿、帮助消化、避免脂肪堆积等功效，两者搭配食用，对于女性美容养颜、瘦身消肿均有奇效。
