Chubon YU yjnshua xilie biaozhun出版与印刷系列标准(publishing and printi飞stand耐s)为图书、报纸、期刊、音像和电子出版物的出版提供技术依据，并作出必要规定的属于出版系列标准;有关印刷术语、印刷前后加工、印刷质t及检验方法和油墨、版材等方面的规定属于印刷标准。这些标准为出版物的管理和信息交流提供了便利条件，使中国出版工作逐步与国际出版接轨;从而提高了出版物质量，促进了中国出版业的发展。 中国1984年在文献标准化技术委员会下设立了出版物格式标准化分技术委员会，随后又成立了印刷技术委员会(对应150 130)。这两个组织分别编写了一系列出版标准和印刷标准。 出版方面较重要的标准有:①《中国标准书号》(GBIT5795一1986)，其中规定采用国际标准书号;⑧《中国标准刊号》(GB/T奥珍，一1988)，规定中国标准刊号由国际标准刊号和国内统一刊号两部分组成;③《图书书名页》(CB 124，}一19引))和《图书在版编目数据)( GBI泌51一19臾))。这些标准，基本都等效采用相应的150国际标准，有利于出版发行的科学管理，易于检索。 印刷方面较重要的标准有:①《印刷技术术语》(GBIT 9851一l夕关，)，该标准协调统一了有关印刷的概念和中国南北方不同的术语;有利于印刷业的国内外交流。②《图书、杂志开本及其幅面尺寸》(GBIT 788一l创为)，该标准参照采用150 6716:1983，标准中规定了一般图书(含教科书)和杂志未裁切单张纸和裁切单页的尺寸。考虑到该标准的实施贯彻涉及原用造纸机和印刷机械，以及原有纸型等等，难以迅速与国际接轨，便增加了一个《附录A过渡期间的一种图书杂志开本及其幅面尺寸》。该标准的贯彻，使出版物美观大方，并促进了国际流通。③《报纸印刷品质量要求及检验方法》(GBIT 14705一l卯3)等。 此外，国家新闻出版署组织制定了一批出版印刷行业标准，代号为CY。(莱武宾蔡京生)
