Objective:To observe the clinical effect and blight of QingWeiQuShi Fang(QWQSF)to treat patients with chronic superficial gastritis(CSG) belong to Spleen-Stomach Damp-heat and Stagnation of liver-qi Syndromes,by TCM Bianzheng.
研究目的:观察导师戈焰教授“清胃祛湿方”治疗脾胃湿热兼肝郁气滞证慢性浅表性胃炎的临床有效性和安全性,客观评价其治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的有效性及安全性,探讨其作用机制,为医院制剂的进一步研制开发打下良好临床前期基础。

| 肝经湿热证 湿热蕴结肝胆所表现的证候。因肝胆相表里，病变密切相关，故肝经湿热又称肝胆湿热。多由感受湿热之邪，或偏嗜肥甘厚腻，酿湿生热，或脾胃失健，湿邪内生，郁而化热所致。临床表现为胁肋部胀痛灼热，或有痞块、厌食、腹胀、口苦泛恶、大便不调、小便短赤或深黄、舌红苔黄腻、脉弦滑数，或寒热往来、呕不能食，或身目发黄，或阴囊湿疹、瘙痒难忍，或睾丸肿胀热痛，或带下黄臭、外阴瘙痒，或外耳湿疹、疖肿疮疡、暴聋。肝经湿热证以右胁肋部胀痛、纳呆、尿黄、舌红苔黄腻、脉弦滑数为辨证要点。治宜清利肝经湿热，方用龙胆泻肝汤。 |
