| 油墨 printing ink 印刷用着色剂。由颜料、连结料和助剂等组成。用于书刊、包装装潢、建筑装饰等各种印刷。随着社会需求增大，油墨品种和产量也相应扩展和增长。美国是世界上最大油墨生产国和消费国，日本次之，德国居第三位。现代油墨按版型分为：①凸版油墨。用以印刷书刊、报纸、画册、单据、帐簿等的一类油墨。凸版印刷的主要特征是印刷版面着墨部分凸出于非着墨部分。凸版油墨按印刷机种类和印制品的用途又分铅印油墨、铜版油墨、凸版轮转油墨、柔性凸版油墨。②平版油墨。适用于平版印刷的一类油墨。平版印刷的版面各部分基本上处于一个平面，图纹处亲油，非图纹处亲水，利用油水相斥的原理进行印刷，故平版油墨必须具备抗水性能。按工艺分为胶印油墨、卷筒纸胶印油墨、平胶印油墨、无水胶印油墨、印铁油墨、石印油墨、珂版油墨。③凹版油墨。适用凹版印刷的一类油墨。印刷时凹入于版面的图纹部分上墨，将非图纹部分的墨擦去或刮净，然后进行印刷。有雕刻凹版油墨和照相凹版油墨之分。④网孔版油墨。通过印版的网孔漏印到承印表面进行印刷的一类油墨。网孔版油墨又分为誊写油墨和丝网版油墨。油墨制造工艺可分为搅拌预分散和研磨细分散两个阶段。前者将配好的颜料和连结料在容器内加以搅拌成浆状物；后者在搅拌的浆料中仍需再研磨细分散，以较大的机械压力和剪切力克服颜料的凝聚力，最终成为悬浮胶体状的油墨。 |
