性质:耐热钢板分薄板(厚0.5~4毫米)和厚板(厚4.5~25毫米)两种。钢种按组织特征分4类,即奥氏体型、铁素体型、马氏体型和沉淀硬化型。共26个牌号。用于需要耐高温(400~900℃)腐蚀、耐高温(1080℃)氧化、可承受高温反复加热和不生氧化皮的热交换装置,如加热炉部件、石油裂解装置 、汽轮机叶片、汽车排气净化装置、退火箱、锅炉燃烧室、高温弹簧、膜片等。耐热钢板又可分热轧和冷轧两种,交货前必须经过退火、固溶处理和时效处理等热处理,以保证各类钢板的屈服强度、抗拉强度、伸长率和硬度等力学性能符合要求。
