技术管理(teehnology management)农业企业为开发利用新的生产技术而进行的计划、组织、指挥、协调和控制等活动。是农业企业经营管理的重要组成部分。在生产技术依靠经验传授的小规模农业企业中，技术管理比较简单;随着科学技术的迅速发展和企业管理水平的提高，技术管理日趋重要。 农业企业技术管理有以下特点:①以农作物栽培和牲畜繁育等生物技术为主要管理对象，管理活动受自然条件和社会经济因素的影响比较大;加上农业生产有明显的地区差异，农业技术的应用具有明显的地区性。②由于农业生产周期长，而新的作物品种和牲畜品种的育成，往往需要若干个生产周期，必然会使新产品的开发过程缓慢，从而带来技术开发策略具有长期性和不确定性的特点。③由于农业企业的产品多为人们生活所必需，市场需求量的变动幅度小，这就使农业企业技术管理具有相对稳定性。①由于农业生产的发展直接受农业机械、化肥、农药及其他技术设备和条件的影响，这就使农业企业技术管理的范围相当厂‘，增加了技术管理的复杂性。 农业企业技术管理的基本内容是:①技术情报的搜集和整理，技术档案的建立、使用和管理;②农业技术的引进和转让，技术在企业内部的试验和推广，以及企业间的技术交流;③农业技术经济效果和社会效果的鉴定和评价;④技术人员的培训和考核;⑤技术责任制的建立及技术承包合同的签订和履行;⑥技术操作规程的制定和执行，作业技术质量的检查，以及技术责任事故的预防和处理等。 农业企业技术管理的原则和要求是:①企业技术的开发和引进必须同本企业的自然、经济和社会条件相适应，有利于发挥企业本身的优势，并注意同有关的技术因素相结合。例如农业的生物技术应当同农业生产过程的机械技术相结合，农业技术的管理水平同技术人才的培养使用相结合，使各种技术相互补充，密切配合，形成完整的技术体系;②农业技术的开发和利用应注意学习与独创相结合，并按照先实验后推广的原则，把引进先进技术同提高本企业技术水平结合起来，以利于生产技术的不断完善和发展;③农业企业生产技术的应用和推广必须经过全面论证，确实证明对企业有利、对社会有益、对生态环境无害，才能厂一泛应用。(朱言训)
