素菜包是上海市春风松月楼素菜馆的特色小吃。该店已有70多年历史,它是融京、苏、扬帮风味于一体的,又有上海本地风味的素菜馆。该店的素什锦、炒冬菇、罗汉斋、口蘑锅巴汤、炒蟹粉、面筋面等菜肴在上海颇负盛名,尤其是该店制作的素菜包更是名闻遐迩,十分受人欢迎。素菜包是用精白面粉作皮,馅心则是用青菜、面筋、冬菇、冬笋、五香豆腐干剁碎后配以香油、糖等调味品制成。将包好的素菜包上笼蒸熟后,皮白松软,馅心则绿中生翠,鲜艳悦目,一开笼就满室生香,食之味美爽口,多吃不腻,百吃不厌。此小吃在上海市豫园商场内的春风松月楼素菜馆里可以品尝到。
