原料:
罐装玉米粒1听 松仁50克 鸡蛋液1个 白糖、湿淀粉、色拉油各适量
制法:
1.玉米粒入沸水锅中汆一水,捞出搌干水分,纳碗,加入鸡蛋液、湿淀粉、白糖搅匀;松仁入热油锅中炸黄,捞出沥油。
2.不粘锅上火,放入少许色拉油烧热,倒入搅匀的玉米粒摊匀,再在上面撒上炸黄的松仁,用中火煎至底面色呈金黄时起锅,最后改刀装盘即成。
