冬瓜500克、葱油40克、花生油35克、甜酱25克、酱油25克、白糖10克、精盐3克、味精2克、姜末少许、水淀粉20克、高汤100克。
【制作过程】
1.冬瓜去皮、洗净、切成3厘米、1.2厘米宽的块。 2.锅内加油烧热、下入葱、姜、甜酱,再投入冬瓜、酱油、白糖、味精、高汤、开后转微火烧,冬瓜块烂时勾芡,淋上葱油搅匀即成。
