良性发作性位置性眩晕病


多因内耳耳石所致,可能与其它部位病灶感染或迷路损伤有关。患者于某种头位时出现短暂的眩晕,持续数十秒钟,重者可伴有恶心、呕吐。重复该种头位时可重复出现。作头位位置试验时在引起眩晕的同时有短暂的水平兼旋转性眼球震颤,持续】0~20秒钟。若干短期内连续多次重复此项检查,患者可逐渐适应而不出现眩晕症状和眼颤。无听力障碍,多数病人症状持续数星期或数月而渐愈。
