Because the blast furnace didn\'t have the condition of on-stream and the stock level decreased seven meters about,raking out operation was made by quenching the gas fire and coke in the furnace with nitrogen and decreasing the furnace temperature through top watering.
因不具备开炉条件,且料线下降了约7m,因此,通过氮气灭炉,炉顶打水凉炉,进行了清理炉料、炉缸的扒炉操作。

[要 领] 茄子先过油，颜色才鲜丽且不易炒烂
[做 法]
1.茄子洗净、切块，豆腐切块备用
2.茄子放入油锅炸过
3.热锅入油，放入茄子、素酱调味料略炒
4.再放下豆腐、素高汤半碗，烧煮至汤汁块收干，勾芡，淋入香油即可
