普劳斯尼茨-孔斯特那反应 prausnitz-küs-tner reaction
又称p．k反应（pkr）或被动转移皮肤（过敏）反应。对引起人过敏症型反应的抗体，特别对引起喘息之类特异反应性疾病的反应素抗体（ige抗体）的高敏度检出方法。此法是普劳斯尼茨和孔斯特那（1921）所设计的。将含有对某抗原的反应素血清，注射于别人皮肤内经24—72小时后，ige抗体便同注射部位的组织结合，其他抗体则扩散到全身去了。接着将抗原注射入同一部位，数分钟后便出现红斑，发生局部过敏症。在原理方面与被动的皮肤过敏症（pca）反应同。但在将人的抗体注射于豚鼠皮肤内所测定的pca反应中附着于组织被检查出的是igg抗体，这点与用p．k反应检出的却是ige抗体是不同的。
