The effect of downwelling atmospheric radiation(R_(1d))on grass land surface temperature(T_s)is analyzed based on the three-year observations of upwelling surface long-wave radiation(R_(1u))and R_(1d)in 4～50μm band on clear days at,SKYNET Hefei site.

大气辐射中指向地面的那一部分辐射，恰好与地面辐射方向相反，所以称之为大气逆辐射。它的存在，使地面实际损失的热量少了一些，起到了保温作用。这种保温作用，也称之为“大气效应”。
