性质:湿料由加料器加入直立管,空气经鼓风机鼓入翅片加热器,加热到一定温度后吹入直立管,在管内的速度决定于湿颗粒的大小和密度,一般大于颗粒的沉降速度(约为10~20米/秒)。已干燥的颗粒被强烈气流带出,送到两个并联的旋风分离器分离出来,经螺旋输送器送出,尾气则经袋式过滤器放空。由于停留时间短,对某些产品往往须采用二级或多级串联流程。
